Achievements of 2018

From improvements in range of motion in areas including squat, to competing in a CrossFit Competition, the Filthy 150, to learning how to skip, how to row, improving work capacity, achieving a headstand, learning how to climb a rope, to getting a muscle up, to getting upside down, to PB's in Overhead Squat, Snatch, Deadlift, Squat - plus many many more both physically and psychologically. We've all grown in so many ways in 2018.
