CONTENTS: Meal Plans, Fitness Measurements, Body Composition Measurements if desired, Progress Pictures if desired, Class attendance. Kick-start Seminar so we are all on the same page. Weekly Fitness Focuses. Weekly Q&A on Private Online Group.

REQUIREMENTS: No previous experience necessary. Must follow the meal plans and guidance given to you, must attend classes in order to succeed. 

NOTE: Limited Spaces Available - first 20 people to sign up will be in. If you miss this one you will have to wait for the next series to sign up.

    • Welcome Seminar discussing expectations

    • Body Compositions Measurements Done (If desired)

    • Meal Plan Week 1 Given & Discussed

    • Fitness and Strength Test Done (Strength Test to be decided by your personal goal – could be to increase your back squat / deadlift, work towards a strict Pull-up / Push-up)

    • 4-week Strength program given for you to work on in supervised Open Gym Sessions.

    • Announce Week 1 Fitness Challenge & Prize

    • Join and Participate “Steps Challenge” for the Month

    • Begin to track Lifestyle on “Beyond the Whiteboard” App – Sleep & Water Intake for the Month

    • Open – Gym Session 1 & 2 of Strength Cycle

 

  • Week 2

    • FB Live Chat with Health & Performance Nutritionist

    • Meal Plan Week 2 Given & Discussed

    • Announce Week 1 Fitness Challenge Winner

    • Announce Week 2 Fitness Challenge & Prize

    • Announce Stand out Performers of Steps Challenge for the Month

    • Open – Gym Session 7 & 8 of Strength Cycle (Re-Test in Session 8)
