To kick things off we will be doing a 28 days:
"Enhance Your Lifestyle Series"
INVESTMENT: €15 per week
This includes Meal Plans, Body Measurements (If Desired), Access to Health & Performance Nutritionist, Fitness Test, Strength Test, Extra Open Gym Work for Strength Program (If Desired).
The first Series will commence on:

WHAT IS IT? A four-week series of simple life-changing strategies to bring to your Training and Eating habits.. Education!

- To support and motivate one another in a group setting and online environment.
- To enhance your lifestyle, there's always room for improvement in our eating and training habits.

CONTENTS: Meal Plans, Fitness Measurements, Body Composition Measurements if desired, Progress Pictures if desired, Class attendance. Kick-start Seminar so we are all on the same page. Weekly Fitness Focuses. Weekly Q&A on Private Online Group.

REQUIREMENTS: No previous experience necessary. Must follow the meal plans and guidance given to you, must attend classes in order to succeed.
NOTE: Limited Spaces Available - first 20 people to sign up will be in. If you miss this one you will have to wait for the next series to sign up.
OPPORTUNITIES: Follow up support available from Nutritionist and / or Trainer after the 4-week Series has ended will be available.
