Bon has 14+ years experience in gymnastics and break-dance at a world competitive level, this strict movement background was the catalyst to launch his fitness career based on “complete fitness integration” where he became a fully qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and neuromuscular therapist.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, ideal for:
• All sports enthusiasts (from beginners to advanced) looking to learn how to improve their mobility
• Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, Team Coaches, Yoga instructors looking to expand their knowledge
• General public looking to improve their fitness, strength and conditioning.

AIM: We want to learn to move better, to improve biomechanics, to become more mobile, to increase body control, to improve balance, coordination and skill set. We want to get stronger, leaner and understand truly what we are doing, the WHY behind our training!

The course will be based around improving mobility, stability, balance, body control, jumping power, skill, fluidity, core and overall strength and much more.
WHAT’S COVERED? Handstands, rolls, locomotion, flow combos, loops, acrobatics, pull ups, bar work in general like muscle ups etc.,
Even dance and light gymnastics.
Imbalances or weaknesses that pop up as we work through the session will be addressed and solutions will be shared with the group.
