Welcome to the CFL Crew! Thank you for choosing to train with us. We are super excited to have you on board with us at CrossFit Leixlip and look forward to seeing you at your upcoming classes with us.   • Add us to your WhatsApp Contacts: 0873177412. Occasionally we will send out important / urgent Broadcast Info Messages to Members. 

  • Connect with Fellow CFL Members: JOIN PRIVATE Facebook group.       This is a good way to keep up with important announcements as well as upcoming events.

  • Class reservations can also be done through the browser HERE . (If you're having issues logging in, please WhatsApp us on 0873177412 immediately to get your account sorted so you can reserve your spot in class asap.) We advise to reserve your spot in classes every week to schedule in your hour a day dose of goodness! Please cancel class reservations in plenty of time to allow for other members to take your spot.

  • Location: We are located in a small Business Park on Mill Lane, Leixlip. W23 D7Y4 will get you here in the Sat Nav. The area is usually quiet and most of the time we have the space to ourselves. Parking is free. Please be aware of where you park and you are not disturbing access or blocking others. Please park to the left when you drive into the Business Park. 

  • We have 2 gender neutral toilets downstairs and 1 gender neutral changing room upstairs which is currently out of use for Infection Prevention Control measures. 

  • We have water on tap in the coffee area upstairs, so bring your bottle to stay hydrated.

  • BE ON TIME FOR CLASS ! We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to make sure you are checked in and you're settled in and have time to change, use the bathroom, and get your bearings. If you've got extra time, it's a great idea to get some stretching & mobility work in!

  • Read our Class Cancellation Policy and good practices.

  • Keep an eye on important upcoming dates in the Gym in the near future.

  • Membership at CrossFit Leixlip: "The Starter" - 12 Classes a month and "The Lifestyle" - Unlimited Classes a month. The goal is for CrossFit to become part of your daily routine - 1 hour of your day to dedicate to your health & fitness. 

  • All Memberships include:

MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR FIRST MONTH:

Here are some important ways to make the most of your first month with us. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

1. Be Proactive When You Walk in the Door. When you walk into CrossFit Leixlip your attention should be focused on getting ready to train hard and have fun! Row an easy 300-500m or Ski for 2-5 minutes. Get your heart rate up a little and try to get a light sweat going. Spend a few minutes mobilising and doing some soft tissue work (foam roller/lacrosse ball, etc.) on your "problem areas.” If you don't know where to begin, ask a Trainer what you should be prioritising and we'll help you out.

2. Keep track of your progress! Each new member will receive an email from Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB) to record your workouts, when they sign up for a membership at CrossFit Leixlip. If you do not receive this email please let a member of the Team know.

Training without logging is like driving without a road map. You don't know where you've been or where you're going. Taking notes on each training session from Day 1 helps you track your progress and helps us make informed decisions about how to assist you in choosing weights and scaling movements. If you have no idea where to start, ask a Trainer! If your goals include body composition change, we encourage you to get measured and/or weighed and take photos when you begin to set a real baseline. We can take baseline measurements during your 1st Month, and we're available throughout the year to repeat measurements and photos. We also offer referrals to Nutrition Coaching Services for accountability/counseling sessions if you're interested in further accelerating your progress.  At an extra cost to BTWB you can also track your Nutrition in that app where you can record your meals and macros. 

3. Accelerate your results! Along with dialling in your Nutrition, consider pursuing Private Training, which is designed to address YOUR specific goals and body. Your Trainer will work with you to assess where you're at, where you'd like to go and how to get there. This is a great option for anyone who has specific concerns or wants to tailor their training to reach a particular goal. Members will receive this training at discounted rates. 4. Start Slow and Maintain Perspective. Training with a lifelong / lifestyle perspective is incredibly important. Remember that you're here to build yourself up, not break yourself down. Scaling workouts properly, listening to your body, asking your Trainers for help, and checking your ego at the door will allow you to work out successfully for years to come. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the process.

5. HAVE FUN. We are so much more than just a gym. We are a group of people who represent Health, Happiness & Fitness. We provide one another the support, the accountability, the motivation, and the backbone to live out each day STRONGER than the day before.
