We choose to train CrossFit to enhance our lifestyle  - it becomes a part of our daily routine . Most of us come to CrossFit on a daily basis to get out of the house or office to refresh the mind &body and make it the best hour of our day! In the  long run, CrossFit will keep us out of the nursing home and reduce the risk of developing illnesses. It will improve all aspects of  our    health  including  bone density,  healthier heart, better posture, more energy, more flexible,   more confident and more strong in life in general mentally & physically ..what's your why?

  • The Trainer looks at the person as an individual so you are always moving well and with relative intensity to you. You will always be under the watchful eye of experienced Trainers

5 - Coordination: The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement. (Double Unders, Snatch)

6 - Flexibility: The ability to maximise the range of motion at a given joint. (Squatting below parallel, pressing weight directly overhead)

7 - Power: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time. (Olympic Lifts: Clean/Jerk & Snatch)

8 - Speed: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time. (Olympic Lifts: Clean/Jerk & Snatch)

9 - Strength: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force. (Heavy Deadlift, Squat, Press,)

10 - Stamina: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilise energy. (High repetition Push-ups)
