PURCHASING FROM WEBSITE:

When you purchase from our website you agree to share your information such as your name, address data, email, contact number and credit/debit card details which will be stored with PushPress, our management system. You may of course purchase in cash in person without supplying card details if you prefer. Please be assured we do not share your personal information with any other company without your consent.

STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

All records will be kept for 7 years following the last occasion on which a class was attended. Contact details given are stored by PushPress and are accessible only by the CrossFit Leixlip Team where appropriate.

 

SALE OF BUSINESS:

We reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of the Website Privacy Policy and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you provided it to us.
