This Month's FOCUS

May's focus is  " CONDITIONING!"


New month, new week, and new focus! 
May is all about conditioning. Specifically, we are focusing on your stamina, getting you to work for longer. We will definitely see more monostructural movements like running and jumping however, this month entails more than just that. We will also target higher rep schemes, static holds, and longer time domains that force you to keep working even when you don’t think you can. As with any conditioning month, the work can appear simplistic, but don’t fall into the trap of complacency. Conditioning work is often true grunt work and requires grit to get through it.
