Lots of AMRAP's & EMOM's Workouts including some bodyweight movements to see how hard you can push yourself - How many more reps can you get at the end of a workout?!

You will be learning more about Mindset, about Grit and Intensity.

Lots of fun in store making us a little faster, fitter and stronger every day!
